Insurance Certification for Mortgage Companies

From time to time, mortgage companies require proof of Hazard and Flood insurance from the owners.  You will simply need to call the Insurance contact and give them information that your Mortgage company sent you and they will provide the information to your Mortgage company.  The contact information is as follows... 

  • Hazard Insurance is carried by First Home Insurance.  The agent is James Bond who can be reached at 407-645-0007
  • Flood Insurance will not be renewed as we have been removed from the FEMA Flood Map.  Please click on the link below to print the documentation should your Mortgage Company request it."
