Due to the lighting problem, the pool continues to close at 8:00 pm. We apologize for the inconvenience, unfortunately vendor scheduling is out of our control. ~ ~ ~ ~ Related to fences, these are the units with fence replacement scheduled for the week of July 14 – July 19. OFFICE HOURS

Effective July 1, Folio Association Management will be taking over to manage our property and our on-site CAM will be Evan.  While they will be on the property for 15 hours per week, there will no longer be any formal office hours and meetings will be by appointment only.  Services and Information can be obtained by calling 407-214-8806, emailing [email protected] or via the Folio owner Portal.
